Busy weekend, such a dayblog. Blech!

Wow, so mad crazy weekend. I am still exhausted from Friday night days later, no matter how much sleep I got in between.

So the big non-denominational Christmas party was held on Friday for work. It's actually a Christmas party, don't let anyone fool you -- they have presents and Christmas decorations, but to keep it non-offensive, they call it "The Festive Gala" instead of "The Office Christmas Party". Ha.

So anyhow, we had decided it would be a nice reunion of all the 'bilingual bitches', aka me, Alain, Justin, Denis, Kellie and.. that's it. Anyhow, Kellie and I were much earlier than everyone else who showed up (to be honest, I didn't think Alain would come, he's kinda.. non participatory), but they all showed up and I was told I looked smashing (*glow* I did look hot though, I was all gussied up in a skirt and heels and a nice black skirt), and we stole some girls' table.. which was mildly scary.

After that, we went to Alain's, where I proceeded to sit on the floor in front of the oven, and take a lot of pictures of Justin (because he was right in front of me), which in turn makes it look like I am obsessed with him, which I most definitely am not.

At some point, after a few hours had just vanished for me, someone suggested we go dancing at Boom!, which we decided was a marvellous idea, and so Justin, Danielle, a girl that has been staying some weekends at Alain's from Woodstock, and I all decided to hit the road, which we did. They were having a blackout party, which was fun. Everything was fun until some guy reached his hand out while I was walking by and copped a LONG feel on my boob. I thought for a minute he might be someone I knew, so I turned around slow, after first trying to push by and not being able to get away -- I realized it was just some horny freak-o sitting at the bar copping feels from everyone, so I just walked off.

That was when all the fun ended for me, and I had to drag Danielle and Justin who were locked at the lips, on home to Alain's with me where I spent the night in his freezing cold computer room, which was freezing cold. I got up early (waaaay too early) when Alain went to work and sat up, talking to Danielle (I now officially have a friend from Woodstock) about all manner of deep, important things until my mom arrived and we stopped by Mickey Dee's for breakfast. I have to say for the record that I hate anything even remotely breakfast sandwich-y, especially from McDonald's, except their BLT Bagel. I could eat a million of those and still crave more. I do literally crave them when I am hung over or overly tired. And a big thing of orange juice, and two hashbrowns. <333

After that, we stopped by Nicole's to see if Aadon wanted to come to the Santa Claus Parade with us, which we thought was in the morning but was actually in the evening, so we went home and I had a four hour snooze and then we set up to go to the Santa Claus parade, picking up Nicole and Aadon, who made a horse nickering noise everytime a horse passed by but not actually trying to say "horse" at all.

Came home and crashed, and spent most of Sunday sleeping. I was still so exhausted that I went to bed at 7:30 last night, woke up around 2:30am, spent a few hours working on my novel (I have about 14k words left to finish by midnight on the 30th), and finally went back into bed around 4:30, but just tossed and turned until I had to get up again at 7:30. Ridiculous. Still exhausted.

I have loads of pictures from this weekend but haven't had a chance to yank them off my camera, will post some when I get them. :)
